I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience at your service center. During my latest visit, the brake fluid in my car was changed without any prior review of the service history or verification of the vehicle’s mileage. The brake fluid was already replaced in late 2023, and since then, I have driven only between 13,000 to 15,000 miles. It is extremely surprising — and frankly disappointing — that despite being a regular customer who has consistently serviced my vehicle at your center, such a basic check was overlooked. The guy changed my car's brake fluid without looking at my mileage or service records at Nissan. I changed my car's brake fluid in 2023 and had mileage of around 15-16 K miles. What started out as a “let me just see” situation turned into me getting a car. I first went in a saw Brad then had to rush out for something and was more than willing to come back and finish the deal. But Brad was like no, it’s already done! Here I am, 2 days later in a new vehicle. Floyd (Fylod lol) made the financing part go very smoothly! Very easy process and great people!

I went here to get some windshield fluid because the pumps... in those of us who drive nissan products, get clogged and develope a "whinning" noise if you use others. To only find out they dont sell it. Now they will top of your windshield fluid for free if requested...maybe... (new models only)😉. KG is a superb advisor, so I gave him a five. However, the technician who worked on my car forgot to fill the wiper fluid, so he received a 3.5 from me.

I was very disappointed with my experience the technician took some screws off my car to do a multi pointan inspection and forgot to put the screws back so car was just scrapping on the road when I got home I looked under the hood only to find the whole bottom of the cover touching the ground. I had to drive back up there. I was soo mad so I purchased 4 tires and had an oil change the whole experience took me 5 hours!!! I am very very upset. They only offered to change my filters! The nerve.
